Founder and Leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, has attributed his lack of interest in Christian Council groups to the attitude of some members of such groups which does not glorify God.
According to Rev. Bempah, pastors who are part of these groups take delight in criticisms which does not promote the work of God.
This, he said, will make it difficult for him to be a part of such groups though he is not against the mandate of the groups.

The renowned man of God said this when commenting on the enactment of laws to clamp down on ‘fake pastors’ in Ghana on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Friday.
“Most of the members in these Councils are my spiritual fathers and I can go to for guidance when necessary but I don’t have any interest being part of them because some members may not support me and will always attack me and my prophesies.

“I also don’t want to be restricted or crippled in my ministry because I know most of the members don’t agree with the way I operate and Jesus was not part of any Council but was still a great teacher,” he said.
However, Rev. Bempah said “I will soon create the Prophetic Council which will pave way for all prophets in Ghana to come together to study the scriptures and other values that will help us grow in the Ministry.”
