The Otumfuo’s Manwerehene, Baffour Dr. Ossei Hyeamann Brantuo VI, has thrown his support behind Alan Kyerematen as an independent presidential candidate, praising his experience, vision, and commitment to transforming Ghana.
During Kyerematen’s ‘Caravan Campaign Tour’ at Atwima Hemang in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of Ashanti region, the outspoken chief expressed confidence in Mr. Kyerematen’s ability to rescue the nation from the current economic challenges.
“If you get one vote, then it’s me because none of the other twelve candidates has your vision,” he said.
Nana Baafour Osei Brentuo Hyiaman VI highlighted Kyerematen’s integrity and long-standing service to the nation, commending his decision to part ways with the NPP and contest as an independent candidate.
“Alan has a proven track record from the days of President Kufuor to President Akufo-Addo. He is visionary, hardworking, and above all, not corrupt as we hear about some politicians.
“His leadership in launching the Africa Continental Free Trade Area and the One District, One Factory (1D1F) and Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement initiatives proves he is the leader we need now,” he stated.
For his part, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen appealed to the chiefs and the good people of Atwima Hemang to vote massively for in the upcoming presidential election.
He revealed that his government will create more jobs for the youth if voted into power.
