President of the MUSIGA, Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, marked Easter with a clean up exercise at Asante Akyem South constituency in the Ashanti region.
According to him, keeping the environment clean is the sure way for good health.
Obour made the call when he joined Assembly members and residents of Adomfe circuit in the Asante Akyem south constituency to clean the area as part of the Easter celebrations.
He also donated dustbins, wheel barrow, washing powder and long brooms to the assembly.
Speaking to Adom News, Obour said his foundation has adopted Asante Akyem South constituency and would ensure it is the cleanest constituency in Ghana.
Meanwhile, the Gyasehene of Asante Akyem Bompata, Nana Opuni kwagyan pledged his support for Obuor’s sanitation campaign.
He assured Obuor and his team that, the people will come out in their numbers to join in any clean up exercise he organises.
The Assembly members whom contribute in the cleaning exercise spoke to Adom News.
