NPP Women’s Wing declare fasting and prayers after Owusu-Bempah’s prophecy [Audio]

-

The Women’s Wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to embark on a three-day fasting and prayers ahead of the December 7 election.

The National Women’s Organiser, Kate Gyamfuah disclosed this on Accra-based Okay FM.

According to her, the intensive session will start on Monday, October 7 to Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

She explained that, it is in response to the electoral prophecy given by the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah.

At a fellowship between former President John Mahama and the clergy, Rev Owusu Bempah prophesised his victory in the 2024 election.

He declared that God will give the National Democratic Congress(NDC) Presidential Candidate another chance to lead Ghana because he is a man with a good heart.

But Madam Gyamfuah said the prophecy came from a place of pain and not from God, hence it is important for the party to intercede and overturn it.

“From Monday to Wednesday, we will start fasting and prayers at all the constituency and regional levels. We are interceding on behalf of the party to overturn this and pray for God to forgive us our sins in every way.

“Owusu Bempah prophesised out of anger and we will not sit and watch for what God has not said to come to pass. I know he is now going to work on it because he won’t sit aloof to be put to shame so we will also pray,” she stated.

Meanwhile, Madam Gyamfuah has cautioned the rank and file of the party to respect him and not to speak against the man of God, citing he has paid his dues to the NPP.
