The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has officially lifted the suspension of Martin Wuoyang, reinstating him as the Constituency Secretary for Nandom in the Upper West Region.
In a letter signed by the Regional Secretary, Dr. Tanko Daniel Dawda, the party stated that the decision followed a review by the Regional Executive Committee, which considered the findings and recommendations of the Disciplinary Committee.
The letter noted that Mr. Wuoyang demonstrated respect throughout the disciplinary process and expressed genuine interest in working for the party’s progress.
His reinstatement, however, is conditional upon the submission of a written, unqualified apology to the Regional Executive Committee.
The decision was unanimously approved at a meeting held on April 27, 2025.
Copies of the communication have been forwarded to the party’s General Secretary and the NPP Constituency Chairman in Nandom.
