No beef with Lil Win, just media hype – Agya Koo clears the air

-

Actor Kofi Adu, popularly known as Agya Koo, has refuted claims of any personal issues with fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lilwin.

Agya Koo stated that their relationship is cordial and emphasized that it is human nature for people to create problems where none exist.

He made these comments on Kumasi-based Lawson Radio.

“It’s similar to how people used to say that Anthony Yeboah and Abedi Pele were at odds, or that Daddy Lumba and Nana Acheampong were feuding,” he said.

Agya Koo recalled that when Lilwin was first introduced to him on set as a talented comedian with potential, he supported him wholeheartedly.

“I encouraged them to bring him on because we had a goal to compete with Nigerian actors. If there was someone talented, it was best to include them.”

He added, “I have no issues with him. People just like to create rifts that aren’t there. When Lilwin meets me, he greets me, and I respond warmly.”
