Nigerian footballer, Paul Julius tragically passed away in a car accident in Cyprus.

The young and talented forward was involved in a head-on collision on the Paralimni-Protaras road.

Julius had only recently joined the Cypriot club Enosis Neon Paralimniou three weeks ago, coming from the Egyptian team El Gaish.

The club expressed deep sorrow over his sudden death on their official website, mourning the loss of such a promising talent.

In their statement, Enosis Neon Paralimniou conveyed their profound sadness over the tragedy and extended their condolences to Julius’s family and loved ones.

The football community is in shock at the unexpected passing of the young striker, who had just begun his journey in Cyprus.
