The National Investigations Bureau (NIB) has questioned Minority Chief Whip, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, over comments he allegedly made that incited New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters against the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Annoh-Dompreh, who also serves as the Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, called on his party members last week to strongly oppose the NDC, particularly in relation to the disputed Ablekuma North parliamentary election.
The NIB questioned him as part of an investigation into the motive behind his allegedly inciteful remarks. JoyNews understands that the MP visited the NIB office to respond to the inquiry.

The Minority Chief Whip and MP for Nsawam Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, encouraged members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to support their fellow party members in all political situations.
He stated that no NPP member should hesitate to defend another if they are in trouble.
He made the comment during a visit to the residence of the NPP parliamentary candidate for Ablekuma North, Akua Afriyie, on Thursday, February 6.
