The Awutu Bereku District Court has remanded three people including the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Officer for Awutu Senya West, Cassius Oto Larbi into Police custody.
The two others are Robert Arthur and Bright.
The trio have been accused of destroying the posters of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Dr Bawumia and the Parliamentary candidate (PC), Eugene Arhin’s posters on DRIP machines.
The court presided over by her ladyship, Naomi Kuntor has ordered them to re-appear on Monday 16th September, 2024.
Meanwhile, irate NDC supporters and the incumbent MP and PC, Gizella Agbotui Tetteh have besieged the police station where they are being kept.
