The National Youth Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), George Opare Addo, has pledged that the party’s Youth Wing will do everything possible to safeguard the ballots in the 2024 general elections.
“We will put our lives on the line to protect the ballots in the box,” he declared.
Addressing the plight of the youth, he said, “the youth of the country are suffering, and it is about time we do everything possible to rescue the country from the shackles of the NPP.”
Opare Addo made these remarks during the NDC’s national campaign launch in Tamale on Saturday.
