An aspiring Deputy Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the ABETIFI CONSTITUENCY, Nana Agyei has invoked the spirit of the Afram River god as well as other spirits within the Kwahu enclave to deal ruthlessly with any person, regardless of their position who will attempt rigging the constituency elections taking place at peapease today.
It would be recalled that Nana Agyei stormed the vetting in his constituency with eggs and Schnapp warning party executives of any manipulation in the elections today.

According to him, some constituency, regional and even national executives were allegedly working behind the scenes to by all means interfere with the process and increase the vote share of their favourite candidates, a situation that has cost the party in previous elections, hence the decision to go straight into the river and invoke the curse.
The main opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) says all is set for the party’s constituency elections today.
The elections are being held in 259 constituencies instead of 275 across the nation.

However, the outstanding 16 constituency polls is unable to come of today due to what the party describes as their unpreparedness to hold elections as scheduled.
The General Scribe, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has said barring any mishap, there’ll be a smooth running of the polls today in all specified areas.
