Self-proclaimed pastor Nana Agradaa on Thursday, July 18, appeared in court and was granted bail, set at GH¢200,000.
The court required her to provide two justified sureties as part of her bail conditions. The charges against her involve the possession of indecent materials.
The case centres on allegations that Patricia Asiedua, known as Nana Agradaa, displayed explicit images of a prophet on her television station, Thunder TV, which has since been rebranded as Today’s TV.
These incidents reportedly occurred in 2021, and Agradaa is accused of making derogatory comments about the images.
Additionally, Nana Agradaa faces accusations of distributing these explicit materials by labelling them on a beverage (bitters) intended for sale.
This aspect of the case underscores the seriousness of the allegations, highlighting the potential impact of her actions.
