My emotional songs sell better – Kuami Eugene

Highlife singer Kuami Eugene says his songs receive much airplay when emotions are attached.

According to him, he loves to compose songs when he is going through an emotional dilemma because it puts him in the “right” state to record.

“Songs I attach emotions to have longer longevity than others; songs like Wish Me Well, Angela and Obia To. They last longer though I can’t always put myself into such state to make music. It should happen naturally,” he disclosed.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, monitored by Adomonline.com, Kuami said some of his songs stem out of criticisms on his social media page.
