MUSIGA to compose song in memory of KABA

President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kufour, popularly known as Obour has disclosed that executive members of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) are set to compose a song in honour of the late Asempa FM’s broadcaster, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA).
KABA, host of Asempa FM’s flagship political talk show ‘Ekosii Sen’, died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital where he was rushed after he fell sick in the early hours of Saturday.
His death without doubt has greatly affected industry players and the entire media fraternity.
The MUSIGA president described him as “a great contributor and player in the media landscape”.
He added that, he loved his impartiality in his line of work.
“It’s really sad that a brother, great contributor and player of democracy in the media landscape will pass away at this moment. He was fair and unbiased in the journalism field.
There have been calls within the union members that he is a brother we should do a song to honour his memory…” he added.
