The father of late Ebony Reigns, Mr Opoku Kwarteng, has revealed the cost incurred in organizing her daughter’s concert that was steered by her former manager, Ricky Nana Agyemang, popularly known as Bullet.
The revelation, according to him, is to clear himself of the tag by some Ghanaians that he is greedy.
Mr Kwarteng has, therefore, given a breakdown of the names of artistes and the amounts they took to perform at the concert.
He also disclosed monies that were given to the media as “soli” as well as a general overview of the total expenditure for the programme.

Captain Planet, Coded, R2bees, Edem, Raquel, Kurl Songx, et al all took money for performing at the concert, Mr Kwarteng disclosed, adding that Ebony’s alleged boyfriend, ‘Ogee The MC’ also collected GHC 500 to be MC for the event.
It would be recalled that Bullet took to his Facebook page to express his disgust at some artistes demanding monies as a precondition to performing at the concert.

It therefore not clear as to whether the monies given to the musicians as presented by Bullet to Ebony’s father were given out of free will or they were charges.
Mr Kwarteng has however denied levelling allegations of “cheating” against Bullet, saying all he sought to do was to set records straight.
