MTN Ghana wins gold employer of the year at investors in people awards 2018

MTN, Ghana’s leading Telecommunications Company has been named as aleader in people management practice globally, having won Gold Employer of theyear for an organization of its size at the 2018 Investors in PeopleAwards. 

MTN Ghana was the only African company represented in the top three awards and in its category. The Awards celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses and this year winners were announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner at The Roundhouse, Camden, London UK, on 28 November 2018. The coveted accreditation is a confirmation that MTN Ghana engages in the best global people practices.

Investors in People is one of the world’s leading people management standards, and is a business improvement tool designed to help organizations develop performance through their people.

MTN Ghana attained its first Investors in People Accreditation in 2014 and the first company in Ghana to receive this accreditation.
