Telecommunication giant MTN Ghana has apologized to its customers over challenges they are currently experiencing in accessing data services and international outbound calls.
Many customers have expressed frustrations about the network on social media over their inability to access data services since Thursday January 16, 2020.
However, the telecommunication network in a statement said the development was as a result of what it described as “international undersea fibre cable cut.”
Meanwhile, the company has assured its engineers are working to resolve the challenge and have entreated the general public that they would be notified as soon as the problem was resolved.
