Mobile Telecommunication Network, MTN has compensated its loyal customers with 2GB data commencing on 23rd January, 2020 and valid for two days following its poor service a week ago.
The service provider’s network was disrupted when a submarine cut the undersea West Africa Cable System’s responsible for internet connectivity.
In a statement issued by the network, The Chief Executive Officer of MTN Ghana, Selorm Adadevoh expressed gratitude to its customers for their patience and support during the period of disruption.

He also educated the public on the proper channel to claim their bonuses
“Customers are to note that the goodwill bonus package will be sent to their data account and not through a website,” he stated.
Meanwhile, some customers have confirmed MTN’s pledge and successfully redeemed their bonus.
