Some Nigerian celebrities following the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa have joined in condemning the attacks being visited on their countrymen.
Reports of attacks by some South Africans on other nationals began a few days ago with businesses owned by foreigners being destroyed while videos of people being burnt alive flooded social media.
The videos from the xenophobic attack which have since gone viral have sparked outrage from Nigerians home and abroad.
Nigerian entertainment industry players such as Mr Eazi, Banky W, Peter Okoye of Psquare fame and others have all through their social media handles expressed their displeasure against the gruesome acts.
