Minority appoints John Darko as Legal Counsel

The Minority Caucus in Parliament has appointed the Member of Parliament for Suame, John Darko, as its Legal Counsel.

In a letter signed by Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin on Friday, March 7, the caucus stated that Mr. Darko’s expertise and experience make him well-suited to provide legal guidance and represent their position on constitutional and legal matters.

His responsibilities include:

  1. Representing the caucus in legal and constitutional cases.
  2. Providing legal advice on constitutional matters.
  3. Participating in interviews, press conferences, and public engagements.

The caucus emphasized that Mr. Darko is expected to maintain high professional standards and uphold confidentiality in his role.
