The Minority Caucus in Parliament has appointed the Member of Parliament for Suame, John Darko, as its Legal Counsel.
In a letter signed by Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin on Friday, March 7, the caucus stated that Mr. Darko’s expertise and experience make him well-suited to provide legal guidance and represent their position on constitutional and legal matters.
His responsibilities include:
- Representing the caucus in legal and constitutional cases.
- Providing legal advice on constitutional matters.
- Participating in interviews, press conferences, and public engagements.
The caucus emphasized that Mr. Darko is expected to maintain high professional standards and uphold confidentiality in his role.
