Hayford Addae, a 17-year-old Male Amputee Athlete of the Konongo Odumasi Senior High School(SHS) in the Ashanti Region, has become the golden boy after his remarkable performance at the Ashanti Super Zonals competition.
Hayford helped his school secure a spot in the finals of the 4*100m and 4*200m relays.
The headmaster, Dr Benjamin Baah stated that the school is not surprised about his performance because of his excellent track record.
Hayford is a form one Visual Arts student who secured admission through the sports protocol. He is also a skilled football and volleyball player.
He hails from Abroma-Afigya Kwabre North.
