Technical Director Evans Adotey of Medeama Sporting Club has declared their ambition to secure the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title.
The Yellow and Mauve, who clinched the top-flight title two seasons ago, had a difficult campaign last season, finishing 8th with 69 points.
In an interview with 3Sports, Adotey stated, “The past is behind us. We aimed to defend our title, but unfortunately, it slipped away. Finishing eighth last season does not reflect well on Medeama.”
“Our goal now is to reclaim the title. By the end of this season, Medeama will be champions of Ghana,” he added.
In related news, Medeama SC’s head coach, Nebojsa Kapor has expressed his satisfaction with the team’s pre-season preparations.
With the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League set to begin on September 6, Medeama SC will kick off their season with a home fixture against Accra Lions at the TNA Park.
