Medeama SC deserved more than a goal – Patrick Akoto

Spokesperson for Medeama SC, Patrick Akoto, has expressed shock at the cry of Asante Kotoko Management following their defeat in Tarkwa.
According to Akoto, Medeama dominated play and deserved the win.
Speaking on the Ultimate Sports Show, Patrick who also doubles as the Accra Rep. of the club says the referee’s decision to award the penalty was spot on, adding that Medeama SC should have been awarded three more penalties.
“Medeama SC dominated play and the result is a fair reflection of the game. There is no time frame for awarding a penalty, it could have been in the first minute too”, Patrick said.
“We were better than Asante Kotoko but for our strikers’ indecisiveness, there should have been more goals. Clubs need to accept the outcome of each game and not complain”, he added.
