A middle aged mechanic has been shot in the stomach during an argument at Alajo in Accra.
The incident occurred at an auto mechanic shop in the area Tuesday evening which has left many residents shocked.
According to residents, the suspect who had packed his red Hyundai car at the shop got angry when the mechanic asked him to park his car well to enable him park a 207 Benz bus.
This, he stated generated into a heated argument, and the driver of the red vehicle pulled out a gun and shot the mechanic in the stomach.
The victim immediately fell unconscious and was rushed to the hospital by his colleagues.
The alleged shooter who was nearly lynched by residents was saved by police from Kotobabi but was eventually taken into custody.
They started hurling stones and other objects at the vehicle with the car dealer firmly rooted in his car.
His car was destroyed with the windscreen totally shattered and many dents on the body of the car.
