In his final New Year message as President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called for unity and collaboration among Ghanaians.
He emphasized the importance of togetherness in building a stronger, more prosperous nation in 2025.
Reflecting on the challenges and triumphs of the past year, President Akufo-Addo encouraged citizens to enter 2025 with renewed spirit, unity, and optimism.
“May 2025 bring our families joy, peace, and abundant blessings. May our homes be filled with laughter, our communities with unity, and our nation with prosperity. Let us step into the New Year with hope in our hearts and determination in our steps, knowing that together there’s nothing we cannot achieve.”
He emphasised the importance of collective effort, urging Ghanaians to remain united in the face of challenges and to work towards a stronger, more prosperous nation.
President Akufo-Addo also commended Ghanaians for helping to sustain Ghana’s democracy and peace but said the post-election violence should never be repeated.
He further expressed his gratitude to the people of Ghana for their support and resilience throughout his tenure.
