The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association will on, Friday, meet match officials over the Elmina Sharks and Medeama SC as part of investigations into the case.
This comes after the FA’s DC have studied the match reports of both the match commissioner and referee for the week 8 encounter which ended abruptly.
Referee Limann was allegedly manhandled during the match and there have been calls for investigations and possible sanctions for those who may be found culpable in the matter.
The referee was reportedly hit by an unknown object as he walked into the dressing room during recess.
He could not continue with play and the match had to be called off.

Match commissioner, William Gidiglo of Ho to come and show cause why he should not be sanctioned for bringing the game into disrepute.
Referee Yakubu Nuhu Liman of Wa to come and show cause why he should not be sanctioned for bringing the game into disrepute.
Referee assistant 1, Rahman Salifu of Sunyani to come and show cause why he should not be sanctioned for bringing the game into disrepute.
Referee assistant 2, Joseph Sey of Sunyani to come and show cause why he should not be sanctioned for bringing the game to disrepute.
Reserve Referee (4th), Daniel Dorgbeto of Kintampo to came and show cause why he should not be sanctioned for bring the game to disrepute.
Elmina Sharks F. C. to come and show cause why the club should not be sanctioned for failing to control its officials and/or failing to prevent them from entering the inner perimeter and the field of play after the recess.
Medeama S. C. to come and show cause why the club should not be sanctioned for failing to control its officials and/or failing to prevent them from entering the inner perimeter and the field of play after the recess.
