“How can we have in a whole year, only three artistes doing shows when the whole nation has 100 artistes,” Tic queried in an interview.
Reacting to this on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM Wednesday, Mark Okraku said Tic’s latest songs after his long hiatus from the music scene became successful because he featured Kidi and Kuami Eugene in his songs.
According to Mark, Tic has lost the strength he had as a brand to organize his own show.
“The hit Tic had was the input of the young men so any time there was an event, Kidi will perform and get the response. Tic alone as a brand, that strength isn’t back to host his own show until he adds the young guys…”

Mark, however, advised up-and-coming musicians to do more live bands recordings to remain relevant in the music sphere.
“If you have a timeless brand, you will have songs that still market. I’ve dealt with some of these people. Anytime ‘veteran highlife musicians’ come on stage, their songs are timeless because of the live band recordings,” he advised.
