A doctor’s revelation on Twitter on how an 11-year-old-boy developed maggots in his anus after years of rape, has left sadness in the heart of tweeps.
Dr Bright Oris, as his Twitter handle suggests, said the boy was reluctant to speak when he was brought in for rectal examination by his uncle.
According to the mother of the boy, she realised he could not sit properly, and after physical examination, she discovered maggots coming out of the boy.
It took three hours of severe beating for him to confess a married neighbour of theirs had been sodomising him for three years now.
The incident happened on the blind side of the parents because the said neighbour had threatened to kill him if a word of his obscene actions come to light.

The neighbour, according to the parents, is on the run after the police were involved in the case.
He fled after infecting the little boy with anal warts and exposing him to the possibility of contracting anal cancer and other sexually transmitted infections.
