Popular Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim, has expressed sadness over the government’s decision to lift the ban on the partial lockdown in Accra and Kumasi.
President Akufo-Addo on Sunday, April 19, 2020, lifted the partial lockdown imposed on Accra and Kumasi to help fight the deadly coronavirus.

But reacting to the president’s decision, Juliet Ibrahim wants to know if Ghana has met all the six conditions that the World Health Organisation wants countries to meet before lifting the restrictions during the outbreak of the coronavirus.
