He said the polls, conducted by the NDC, predicted a one-touch victory for former President John Mahama and also confirmed their massive grassroots mobilisation is yielding positive results.

“We are field workers because we know the work is at the grassroots and so far the feedback has been good,” Mr Ofosu-Ampofo noted on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, Wednesday.

He maintained that, the NDC is approaching the 2020 elections with a scientific approach and such polls will play a vital role in their strategy for campaigns.

Given the worsening socio-economic conditions in the country, Mr Ofosu-Ampofo said Ghanaians now know the NDC is a better alternative.

“We have done our own polls and 2021 John Mahama is going to be the next President of Ghana,” he opined.
