Learn to bridge communication gap between management and supporters – Hearts told

-

National Chapters Committee Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Barima Atuahene has called on the leadership of the club to bridge the communication gap between the management and the supporters to foster progress drastically.

According to Atuahene, who doubles as a management member, there exist no coordination between the Board of Directors, Management and the supporters.

This, he said, accounts for the constant misunderstanding that is fast disintegrating the club.

“The management does not respect the supporters and this is not helping the club’s progress. The supporters have a major role in the club and the board and management must recognize that so together we build the club”, Atuahene said.

Hearts of Oak last won the Premier League in 2009 and for the last seven seasons have struggled to win a laurel.
