An Accra High Court has adjourned the case involving chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo to May 6, 2019.

Mr Ofosu-Ampofo is facing charges of conspiracy to cause harm and assault a public officer following the contents of a leaked audio recording allegedly containing his voice.
The court, presided over by Justice Asiedu, granted him bail of GH₵100,000.00 with one surety.
