The launch of the 2017/2018 Women’s League has been rescheduled for a later date due to a meeting with GN Bank who has expressed interest in sponsoring the women’s football league.
The launch was set for today February 28 at the conference room of the Ghana Football Association.
The change of date for this year’s launch however does not affect other programs of the women’s calendar thus the super cup clash which precedes the league will go on as planned at the Berekum Golden city park, according to the Vice Chairperson of the Women League Board, Mrs. Roslyn Amoo.
League winners, Ampem Darkoa, will play FA Cup winners, Prisons Ladies in the super cup.
