Kotoko resume training after Ghana Premier League suspension

-

Asante Kotoko have returned to training for the first time since the suspension of the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

The league was put on hold following the tragic death of Francis Frimpong at Nana Kronmansah Park.

In response, Kotoko had initially insisted they would only resume competitive matches if justice was served.

Despite their stance, the team resumed training at the Adako Jachie facility, with 19 players participating under the supervision of head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum.

However, Samba O’Neil, Wisdom Fernando, Peter Amidu Acquah, Lord Amoah, and Kwesi Asante were present but did not take part in the session.

Full List of Players Who Trained:

Goalkeepers: Fredrick Asare, Mohammed Camara
