Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo has captivated attendees at the 50th-anniversary celebration of the Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) with her spirited dance moves on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
In a video shared by Asaase Radio, Justice Torkornoo could be seen energetically dancing to commemorate JUSAG’s significant milestone.
She joyfully danced and sang along to a popular Akan song, expressing gratitude to God.
As the event continued, she remained on her feet when the choir shifted to performing a beloved Ewe song, fully engaged in the celebration.
JUSAG, established on August 3, 1973, by Chief Justice Justice Azu Crabbe in Cape Coast, has evolved from its modest origins into a cornerstone of support for Ghana’s judiciary and legal community.
