Actor cum politician John Dumelo has replied Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, Lydia Seyram Alhassan, on her comments that Mr Dumelo only exists on social media.
The MP had jabbed Mr Dumelo who is her main political opponent, saying he is a politician based solely on social media and will not be accepted by electorates in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
Politics is not about pushing trucks in the community and putting it on social media to get 1 million views; most of the people are not even in the constituents some are in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Politics is about what you do for the grassroots and youth in the Constituency,” Hon. Lydia Seyram Alhassan jabbed on Accra-based Kingdom FM, the MP said of Mr Dumelo

But reacting to the MP’s comments via his Twitter handle, Mr Dumelo questioned his opponent’s sincerity, especially as she follows him on social media.
Yet she follows me on social media and posts when she even donates safety pins, were Mr Dumelo’s reply.
