Former Deputy Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, Stephen Amoah, has called for restraint in making early judgments about President John Dramani Mahama’s performance.
His appeal comes amid a surge in political commentary and opinions on the new administration.
Amoah stressed the need to allow the president sufficient time to implement his policies and assess their effectiveness before drawing conclusions.
In an interview on Citi FM, he advocated for a measured approach to evaluating the president’s governance.
“It is too early to say the president is doing well or not doing well apart from some political comments.
“Let’s see by three months’ time, latest by six months’ time, we can all subject the presidency to the right appraisal and analysis,” he stated.
