Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Paa Kwesi Fabin has confessed his side were heavily tested by visiting Inter Allies during Sunday’s 1-0 win at home in week two of the Ghana Premier League.
Inter Allies who beat Bechem United 3-0 in the season opener were very confident ahead of this clash but Obed Owusu’s goal was all the home side needed to bag all three points.
”It was a very tough game; Inter Allies gave us a good match but we were more determined to win the game.
“We won the game so I’m satisfied with the results. We came here to do a job and the job is to do well for Kotoko”, Fabin told the media.
”So far, it’s been good, though it was a very tough assignment this afternoon but getting the three points was all that we wanted and we had it so I’m really happy with that”, he added.
Asante Kotoko’s safest pair of hands, Felix Annan was named NASCO Man of the Match after some exceptional saves for his side.
