Not only is Jon Benjamin interested in issues concerning Ghana but he happens to be a ‘die hard’ fan of Shatta Wale as he has expressed his likeness for raggae and dancehall artist on countless occasions.
However, in a recent tweet by Jon Benjamin, he disclosed that he is the Godfather of Shatta Movement.
This tweet was well received by the fans of the self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale.
The diplomat made this known after he was taggged by an SM fan as the father of Shatta Movement and he replied stating that he is actually the godfather of SM.
Jon Benjamin and Shatta Wale have been good friends for quite some time and this tweet might not really be of many surprises to us.
He has on one or two occasions defended Shatta Wale on social media; this goes as much to tell you of the friendship bond between them.
