I’ll be the first gospel artiste from Ghana to win a Grammy – Bro Philemon

Veteran multiple award winning gospel singer, Brother Philemon has said that he will be the first gospel musician from Ghana to win the ultimate world recognised Grammy Awards.

The musician is highly recognised as part of the few Ghanaian Gospel Musicians to win international awards with his gospel music.

He  has released many hit songs which includes ‘It is well’ which featured Morris Baby face “Me Nsa Sa Da” (featuring OJ), “Ohen A Oreba” – The Coming King; “Sweetest Name” “M’asan Aba, “Mo Nsuro and many more.

In 2014, Brother Philemon won the Best male artiste in African inspirational music at the All Africa Music Awards in Nigeria and also won the African artiste of the year awards in North Africa/Middle East/Asia.

He also won Ghana Gospel Industry Awards, the Africa gospel music awards in the Uk and other awards.

Bro Philemon has performed in Hong Kong, Egypt, Dubai, Ethiopia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, UK, Belgium and many countries.

He also announced his upcoming mega regional concert in Ghana and his album release for 2019.
