The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare, has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the personnel of the Police Service for their dedication to ensuring the safety of individuals and property during the 45th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 6th meeting of the 2024 Africa Union Commission (AUC).
The session was held in Accra from July 17 to July 21, 2024.
In a statement released on Monday, July 22, 2024, the IGP also extended his appreciation to road users and commuters for their patience during the event.
“We are grateful to you for your professionalism and patriotic commitment to duty. We also wish to thank all motorists, the commuting public and all other road users for your patience and cooperation during the period,” the statement read.
