The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohuno, along with members of the Police Management Board (POMAB), held a Guard of Honour parade on Monday, April 14, 2025, in honor of the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Major General William Agyapong, at the National Police Headquarters.
The event marked Major General Agyapong’s first visit to the Police Headquarters in his capacity as the CDS.
Following the ceremony, the IGP and Major General Agyapong held a meeting where they reaffirmed the commitment of the security services to enhancing inter-agency collaboration.
They discussed strategies to address the country’s security needs, with a focus on the security situation in Bawku.
