The Member of Parliament-elect for Asunafo North in the Ahafo Region, Haruna Mohammed, has pledged to address the growing issue of youth unemployment in the area.
Speaking to Adom News in Goaso, Mr. Mohammed expressed concern over the alarming rate of joblessness among the youth, describing it as a potential security threat to the constituency.
He assured constituents that his priority would be to create opportunities for young people to secure meaningful employment.
In addition to his efforts to provide jobs, the MP-elect emphasized his commitment to supporting those pursuing education and vocational training.
He stated that such initiatives would equip the youth with the skills needed to secure sustainable livelihoods.
Mr. Mohammed reaffirmed his dedication to tackling the unemployment challenge and ensuring a brighter future for the youth of Asunafo North.
