I never prophesied or gave directions when I was a Pastor – Ofori Amponsah

Highlife artiste, Ofori Amponsah has said in his short stint as a lay Pastor, he did not Prophesy neither did he give directions to his congregants.
“I never gave directions to the people in my church, I never did that and I will never do that,” he told Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay show.
The one-time Man of God indicated that he was not an ordained Pastor. According to him, although he was called by God, he was not ordained to do the work of God so he cannot classify himself as a Pastor.
Ofori Amponsah indicated that he established a fellowship where he had people coming to pray but was quick to add that he did not do that because he was hungry and needed money but because he was called by God; signs he had from the fact that he could not write songs anymore and suffered a divorce that destroyed him for sometime.
The highlife artiste acknowledged that although he was called by God, the move to establish a fellowship where people with problems came to pray was rushed.
Ofori Amponsah used the opportunity to ask for forgiveness to people who were misled by his actions and his fans who lost hope in him when he left music in the past.
