A protocol officer Accra Hearts of Oak has been accused of influencing the result of the club’s matches.
Joshua Acquah, according to reports connive with coaches and gamble with the club’s premier league games.
A former management member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futah disclosed this on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports show Monday.
According to Aziz Haruna Futah, the action of the club’s protocol officer is to blame for their shambolic performance in the premier league.
The die in the wool phobian stated that, Mr. Acquah as way of receiving match officials, agrees with them to manipulate results to suit some betting companies they benefit from.
Aziz also alleged that protocol officer whom hitherto was just a mere driver is now leaving a lavish lifestyle at the expense of Hearts of Oak.
“There is corruption and gambling in Accra Hearts of Oak and the Premier League Board must investigate this issue”, Aziz Haruna fumed.
Mr. Joshua Acquah who is a protocol officer in charge of the club’s traveling operations and welfare is yet to respond to the issue.
