Hearts to lose Patrick Razak after November – Northern Region FA Chairman

-

Northern Regional Football Association chairman, Mr. Abdulai Alhassan says Hearts of Oak rejected the sale of sensational winger Patrick Razak to Horoya Athletic Club only to replace it with a mediocre offer.
According to him, the Guinean outfit were ready to offer the Hearts of Oak star man $3000 monthly salary and $40,000 signing on fee but Hearts refused to even look at the offer saying they want the former Wa All Stars player to pen a new two-years deal with them.
“Hearts of Oak did not even send the Guinean club a letter to recognise the offer and refused us our right because they want Patrick Razak to extend his contract for the next two years”, he disclosed.
“Hearts of Oak were offering a new two-year contract of GH1500 monthly salary and signing on fee of GH6000 which Razak refused since his contract with the club expires in November”, he told Asempa Fm
The eloquent football administrator further disclosed that President of Horoya Athletic Club went as far as consulting the president of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Kwasi Nyantakyi,  to intervene in the sale just to hammer their seriousness to land the services of the young Ghanaian talent.
Patrick Razak was an integral part of the Black Stars B team that hosted and won the 2017 WAFU tournament in Ghana last September and aided Hearts of Oak to finish third in the 2016/2017 league season.
