The Independence Day encounter between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak will be aired on Ghana Broadcasting Corporation.

The two most glamorous clubs in the country will renew their rivalry at Barnet Stadium in London on March 7 as part of Ghana’s Independence Day celebration.

Organisers of the much-anticipated game, Proball Limited and the Ghana Football Association, have handed the broadcast rights to the National Television.

Both clubs, together with officials of the Ghana Football Association, are expected to leave Ghana on March 5 to the United Kingdom for the historic game.

This will be the first time Ghana’s two most glamorous team will be playing outside the shores of the country.

The match was confirmed after a meeting with the Sports Minister, Isaac Kwame Asiamah last week.
