A group, identified as the Economic Fighters Leagues, has pledged its support for the marijuana decriminalisation march by the Rastafarian Council of Ghana slated for June 26, 2019.
In a statement signed by the Fighter’s General, Hardi Yakubu, the group said the march is important and their support is to draw attention to the economic, medicinal and industrial potential of marijuana.
“It is our considered view that marijuana has tremendous economic potential that farmers can harness to improve their livelihood. The State also stands to gain economically from it,” it said.
