The Education Ministry has announced that prospective first-year students and parents will be able to check their Senior High School (SHS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) placement results for the 2024/2025 academic year free of charge.
In a statement, the Ministry explained that access to the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) platform will no longer require the purchase of pin codes.
This makes it more convenient and accessible for students and families.
According to the Ministry, the new measure is intended to streamline the placement-checking process and remove financial barriers, allowing candidates to verify their school placements with ease.
The statement signed by the spokesperson, Kwasi Kwarteng on October 25, emphasized the government’s commitment to facilitating access to education by ensuring a smooth and equitable placement process.
