The National Chapters Committee Organiser of Accra Hearts of Oak, PaaKofi Sunsum has called on the government to fast-track the processes of cleaning up the Ghana Football Association.
According to him, the lack of active football over the last few months has negatively affected the clubs and has therefore appealed to the government to move fast in bringing the game back.
For him, the game will return with less corruption since the Expose`revealed the rot they had always been complaining about.
“We all knew the rot by the referees in our game but they always demanded evidence which we now have, so government must speed up measures to bring the game back better. I am happy Government has stepped in but let us not delay in executing new measures and reforms”, he explained.
Paa Kofi also thinks the first round of the 2017/2018 Zylofon Cash Premier League must be cancelled so that a new league is started all over since the governing body that sanctioned it is almost dissolved and non-existence.
